Took my Tundra in for service (tire rotation, fluids, etc) also to determine why check engine light was on. Found out catalytic converter was bad and needs to be replaced. Due to part not on hand or available due to back orders wasn’t able to fix the problem. Personnel were great and informative so definitely no fault to them.

I was happy with my service. However I was not happy that I would have to pay for Toyota of Tri-Cities to followup on a service previously completed that needed to be checked on. This does not instill confidence that Toyota stands behind their services. Maybe they will be willing to change this policy. After all, you are successful enough.
