When paying for “professional” install on parts I expect the professional part. I guess I expected a light vacuum and wash before installing post brand new car purchase parts. Especially when the parts include inside and outside the vehicle parts.
1. Wait time to check in was lengthy.
2. Installed mats on top of debris, including a rock that hopefully did not poke a hole in the rubber mats. The interior mats do not say Camry. There were dusty footprints all over new mats. Would it hurt to wipe dirty footprints off?
3. Telling me that the instructions for dash cam was in center console. No advice on how to work the device. Not really happy with the quality of the camera but sure I’m missing something on it.
4. Garbage (bubble wrap) packaging left on the floor of the car.
So far, not impressed with service department and will never buy another car that is not straight from factory how I want due to this experience. I am a little nervous to bring the car back for scheduled services for the next 2 years.

Juan is great, liked I’m a lot! I asked about window tinting and he was able to provide me with a quote plus offered to set up an appointment. He even brought my car into the service bay so that I didn’t have to walk out into the wind. Chivalry is not dead, Juan is a gentleman and very much appreciated.
