A mistake on a previous visit caused me money. I had to pay for it. They don't stand with the customer. This was the last service that will be performed there. We have been loyal customers for over 13 years. They will also lose future Toyota purchases. Extremely disappointed.

I was very disappointed in the service and the way I was treated. I have been buying cars from toyota for many years. In having my car service. After waiting 4 and a 1/2 hours for Them to change my well and rotate my tires. I was talked to by Mr sanchez in a very rude manor. I was charged For things I did not approve. I am an older woman and need to be able to trust where I have my car service. I no longer feel like I can trust toyota.

When I was trying to pay for the service and pick up my truck, I was skipped for someone that came in after me and then when I went to Jomi's counter after they were done, I was told I would need to wait because there we "3 cars in front of me".
