I had to wait 4 days to get an appointment to get a headlight bulb replaced. The procedure took 15 minutes. I couldn't drive at night for 4 days. It would have been nice for such a short procedure if it could have been done in a note timely manner

Jomi was wonderful and did a fantastic job. She communicated well and made sure I understood everything. That said, it’s clear that your team doesn’t have the support they need to do a great job. Everyone working was visibly stressed out and running around frantically. It’s also worth noting that when I booked the appointment the person I spoke with confirmed that I booked the major service due at 30K miles, but when I got there that wasn’t noted. Jomi was great and fixed this for me, but it was frustrating because I planned for an hour but should have planned for two hours (and then ended up being there for three hours waiting). I think you guys need to consider revising your calendar. It appears that you overbook your staff and this is the third time I’ve experienced something like this (and I only see you about twice a year, so you’ve been having these same issues for over a year and a half).
