Repair on frozen/blacked out display was not completed. Many Highlanders are experiencing this problem, yet the dealership does not seem to be aware of the problem nor how to repair it.

Jomi is excellent to work with. On my right front passenger door the door panel pin in the upper left of the door fell out and I asked Jomi if it could be replaced. Unfortunately, there weren’t any in stock but Jomi went out of her way to find one. When she couldn’t find a loose one in the shop she ordered me a new one. The Gentleman who first met me in the garage to check me in stated that I might need a coolant change so I agreed with the maintenance schedule to do it. He later came to talk to me in the waiting room to let me know that the coolant was changed with a water pump installation and I didn’t need new coolant at this time. This saved me a couple hundred dollars. I am a disabled Veteran and it is hard to make ends meet at the end of the month. This is why I have been bringing my Toyota vehicles to Toyota if Tri Cities because if the integrity and honesty of your employees.
