Been doing all my service with Toyota of Tri cities. all is good. They provide professional service every time. When you go to a top notch dealership you feel it. This is the experience you get at Tri cities.
Have to admit when you drive on the lot you don’t see a large inventory. COVID still has effectively changed the car buying experience.
That said the service shop is taking care of all those Toyota buyers of the past and the present. Very satisfied!

Brought my car in for a diagnoses. They said it just needed an update on the engine. I had to pay $112 for that. Wondered why it wasn’t covered under my extended warranty after the 80,000 miles. My check engine light was off after my visit on Saturday and yesterday as well. On my way to work this morning, my check engine light is back on. The update was supposed to fix that. Now I’m wondering if there is another issue? I certainly don’t have the money to bring it in right now.

After dropping my car off at 7:30 am I was very surprised that it took until after 2:30 for anyone to get back to ke about the status of me vehicle. Especially, after I wad informed it should only take a couple of hours. I had to cancel a couple plans in the afternoon due to not having a vehicle.
