Hello! I came in today and had wonderful service outside where cars are brought in for serves. When I went into the waiting area I found up to four members of your team talking. Personally I don’t care but out of your four staff members zero of them were approachable. Out of the hour I was there I saw two customers walk away from that group of staff. I do want to say your team for the car services was outstanding. Thank you again!

I received a call late last week (and another just yesterday) saying the plates and registration were available. When they called yesterday I asked them if it was okay to wait until tomorrow (today) to have them put on because that’s when the service appointment was. They said it was fine but when my boyfriend took the car in they said someone else (sales person) had to put on the plates and they didn’t put them on when they already had the car in the back. He was told we had to wait for a phone call to come pick up the plates when they are available. My boyfriend isn’t the best in social situations so this encounter made him uncomfortable and he left without the plates put on his car.

The service was just fine. But your counter where you pay and collect your car could not be more broken, rude, and just shittier than it already is. Twice I have been in for service. And twice I have randomly been passed over “in line” for another person who showed up after me. What is the point of coming in and trying to form a line of your staff is too dumb to know how to work it? Have you thought of a numbering system? Or is your fear that your employees can’t count high enough?
