Was not correctly informed of the extent of recommended service when vehicle was dropped off. This was very annoying. I was quoted about 250 for services expected at 60000 miles but was not told until hours later that spark plug Chang out was also recommended at a coat of an additional 1000 dollars. I have never had a Toyota need plugs at this early mileage and this expensive to do.
