Raul is always excellent, which is why I always bring my vehicles to him whether I buy them from Toyota or elsewhere. The only gripe I have right now is that my stereo system was working when I dropped my truck off but was not when I picked up my truck. The deck wouldn’t turn on at all so I’m hoping it’s something minor like a blown fuse. In the future I’d prefer that my vehicles be returned with the things that were already working still working. Other than that small hiccup it was business as usual with Toyota of Tri-Cities. Another job well done
