It seems that appointments were over booked on 1/6/23 or the service department was under-staffed. I was quoted an 1 1/2 hour wait for a service that should have taken only an hour (the previous oil change service had taken only an hour) but it actually took 2 hours. No apology or explanation was made. Further, this is the second service where we have complained of the brakes squeaking and we were given only platitudes. Eventually the staff person explained that we could make another appointment for a diagnosis, but that would cost $160 despite the vehicle being under warranty. I never met or talked to Daniel Jones.

Jay was pleasant and professional. He did not try to sell me services I didnt need and he informed me of an upcoming repair I would need so I could have time to finacially prepare for it. He did awesome!

After my last service, I experienced oil leaks which were identified by an independent shop as coming from both the filter and the drain plug. I came to your shop the following day I asked Brianna to have the tech make sure everything was tight. I ended up trading the vehicle later that day. I had nothing but issues with the vehicle from the day I bought it.

Jay was very helpful and kind. I realize that a lot of what happened was out of his control. I bought 4 new tires and new front brakes. A sensor in one of the wheels also had to be replaced. When it was time to pick up my car, I was told the computer for recalibrating the sensors was down so I left the car two more days. The computer still wasn’t working but I needed my car. I paid for all services and Jay was kind enough to give me 10% off for the trouble. Now I have to come back another time when the computer is working. He called and I brought the car in and was assured it was fixed. The next time I started the car the indicator light stayed on again. I had to bring the car in again and was told a sensor number been entered wrong but all was good now. It has been fine since. I appreciate all of Jay’s efforts to rectify this but a lot of time was involved for me. I’m glad that it’s fixed!!
