The dealership that I bought my truck from said that I was covered by the 12/12 alignment warranty. Because of distance, I took it to Toyota of Tri Cities. They refused to use the warranty because of a lift, even though it was installed by a Toyota dealership. There are long wait times to see a service rep and even longer hold times when you call them.

Raul was good to work with, the issue I have is we waited an hour for them to tell us they ordered the wrong emblem covers. I was contacted about 10 times about setting up this appt and how it had to be within 30 days and then I drive 1.5hrs only to find the wrong parts after waiting in the waiting room for an hour. That’s frustrating. Moses lake is closer for me and I will definitely consider them for service in the future.

Everything was really good until I came in to pick up my car. Great service from David. Your employee Stacey struthers has made me not want to go back almost from the moment I walked into the service door, talking to me as if I was bothering him and asking for my information as if I was dumb. I don’t normally complain about customer service but that was really poor and ruined my morning which was a first from Toyota. Will gladly provide in more detail, was not a great experience!

Promised finish time was 11-11:30. It was 11:45 when I got the notification. The maintenance technician I spoke to check on the status of my vehicle earlier was condensing. No mention for an ongoing maintenance plan. I cannot give your company a good review of this service appointment.

The service tech fixed the problem when she took my information but didn’t tell me she had fixed it. I then waited nearly 2 hours for them to run a diagnostic to then tell me they couldn’t reproduce the issue! That’s because the desk technician fixed it from the steering wheel buttons. You could have told me how to do this when I called and tell me to make an appointment if it didn’t fix the issue. I’m upset that I wasted two hours of time for no reason. Glad at least I wasn’t charged.

The main thing I didn’t like is we not called that the part was in. Then when we followed up because we wanted the airbag issue fixed, we left messages with no return call. Finally on the third call that’s when we got someone in parts. I had to make the service representative check to make sure someone was at parts before being transferred. Then when dropping the car off no one at the service counters who not actually dealing with a phone call or in person customer would make eye contact or greet. So two reps out of 6 could be bothered to acknowledge customers. That’s their job. I understand if they were in middle of tasks but at least a greeting and someone will be with you shortly would have been nice.

I brought the vehicle in December 13th. I realize it was a Ford ranger. I wanted the 4 wheel drive toggle switch checked out and it lubed where it needed to be and an overall diagnosis make. Late afternoon on Dec 15 I could bring it home because the only thing they did was confirm it needed a new switch. It was ordered and suppose to take 3 business days. I called every day for a week and it wasn't in. I called today Dec 29th. They said oh it is in I can get you in January 3rd. I realize bad weather etc but communication would be nice. And having the vehicle 3 days and not doing the lube and overall diagnosis while waiting for answers from Ford I don't understand. I have two Toyota corolla that I take in and am very satisfied with service. I knew taking in a Ford would be difficult but this has not been a good experienc.. it is my sons Ford ranger. You may of lost a client in him. Thank you for your time.
