Raul was in touch by phone informing us as to the results of the car inspection. He was honest and just let us know that we might have to have a few things taken care of but didn’t need to be done today. After talking we decided to get the alignment done today and I feel better after seeing there were adjustments made that will help with the tire wear in the future.
We didn’t feel pressured- just very informed and our questions were all addressed. Thank you Raul!
