I called twice during the day to check on the diagnostic/service status. On the second call, about 4:30 thinking you would be closing soon, I was told there had been a problem with the tech blowing the main service fuse. We were told the car would not be fixed for 3 days while a part was brought in. We needed the car to go to Yakima on Thursday. We were told you would get back to us about a loaner, but when you called back the next day, we were told we would have to pay $30 per day. We felt at the least the loaner should have been provided for our inconvenience. We do appreciate that the part did arrive and the car was ready to pick up when we got back in town Saturday. We have always been pleased with service we have had done there in the past. But we were very disappointed by your lack of communication about what had happened until I called you back at the very end of the day and your unwillingness to provide a loaner car. Not the service we expected.

Made an appointment for an oil change. Showed up early on off chance I could get my vehicle seen early. Still was waiting for an OIL CHANGE for over an hour and a half.....after the 45 minutes that I was early had ellipsed. Have the texts with times to confirm. An OIL CHANGE should not take that long.

Was told my cabin filter was dirty and that it needed to be changed. Told them I would do that on my own. When I got in my car, heard a loud sound coming from glove compartment. When I checked, the cabin filter had been removed and thrown away even though I said I would change it at a later time.
