Raul was great to deal with, and was able to get my vehicle in for service ahead of schedule. Beyond the normal service, I had a vehicle issue I needed diagnosed and fixed. His team stuck with it until they figured out the problem, which was a rock stuck in the suspension. They fixed it and got the servicing done in quick fashion. I really appreciate the attitude, customer focus, and excellent outcome. Thanks Raul!

While we had just had the very first repair on our 2011 Highlander a month ago, we agree that after 12 years of not one needed repair, we felt that perhaps this issue should/maybe found during that repair. That said we are Very happy with service, attention to our vehicle, Mario’s quick response. We would suggest that after our dedicated commitment to your service over the years and our focus on keeping her running smoothly that the diagnostic fee of $160.00 is excessive. This should be free for loyal customers.

I arrived with my vehicle at 12:15 and was told that it would be about an hour and 15 minutes for the service. I waited in the lobby and about 15 minutes past the expected time I had to ask someone at the desk for an update because I had to be back at work at 2. My vehicle needed 15 more minutes to finish. There is no shuttle available so I had to quickly find a ride to get back to work. I understand that it was busy but an update to customers would have been helpful.

I waited for about 10-15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there; not even a “we’ll be with you in a few minutes.” My service appointment was supposed to take 1 1/2 hours, but took over 2 hours. It was a busy day but someone should have said so and apologized for the delay. We have had Honda vehicles for quite some time and the service in Yakima was a much better experience. Matt was courteous enough but it would have helped for him to touch base with me during my 2 hour stay. As my stay got closer to when it was “supposed” to be done, I had to make contact with Matt in order to find out the status of estimated time of service copletion completion. Your customer service to be better.

My appointment was scheduled for 11:00am, arrived at 10:5, waited 10 minutes to talk to a service advisor. After sitting in your waiting room for 45 minutes and seeing that my vehicle hadn’t been moved from the service parking staging area, I returned to the service writers area, waiting an additional 10 minutes to ask why my car hadn’t been serviced!!! Additional 10 minutes went by, and the service tech said he was sorry. I went to your men’s restroom and I was appalled at how dirty it was. It was so dirty, I wasn’t comfortable using your facilities. Very disappointed in my visit to your dealership today!!!
