Another service rep, not Raul, mixed up my car & me with another car & customer. And quoted repairs that my car didn’t need. It was pretty confusing.
And I waited very long time inside the waiting area with no real updates.

You failed to fix my vehicle after charging me $900. Plus. I left the way I came in. Your mechanics diagnosed a new wiper motor would solve the problem of the delay not working. $630. Charged to me. Motor was not the problem, mechanics said it needed a new wiper switch $310. Installed. Delay wipers still not fixed, but the mechanic told the counter person that they were sure it needed a switch because they had tried one out on my car from another car so they had me order a switch. I don’t know why they left the new wiper switch in my vehicle if it didn’t work. I don’t know why I had to pay for a wiper motor if it was working. I was under the impression that Toyota dealership could fix a simple wiper delay problem. Recommend Tec Line maybe to help the mechanics out & get me back in asap to fix the wiper delays. Hope I don’t get charged anything, maybe a refund.

My car got backed into by another car while it was waiting to be serviced. I have ever had that happen before and I know it wasn’t an employee’s fault necessarily, but I still feel like there is something the dealership could have done. Maybe change how cars are parked and waiting for service in the future, or have employees drive them to the front of the dealership for customers so they don’t have to drive it out themselves. I don’t know if I will come back to this dealership to be honest.
