Fixed absolutely nothing and charged me $560.07. Also broke my door and refused to fix it. Told me it wasn’t their problem that my door got broke while it was on their property. Not going to be coming back because of this. Also on my last visit for an oil change, they left an oil jug in my engine bay and almost ruined my drive belt, then told me I’d be responsible for paying for it.

I’m satisfied with the service except for when I arrived. I pulled into the bay and was not greeted. As I was walking towards the service desk in the bay, like I usually do for my oil change appointments, a female service rep stopped me. She was rather unwelcoming and asked if I had an appointment. I told her that I did and she said I had to go inside the building. She didn’t offer any reason and I didn’t think too much of it. I asked her if I should leave the keys in the car and she said that’s up to me. I just didn’t appreciate how I was treated. Not that big of a deal, but I never treat any of my patients that way. When I went inside and waited for a service rep, I was asked why I was in there to check in because I should have gone out to the desk in the bay. My service was was very helpful and apologetic about the mix up and didn’t know why the female rep had sent me inside. But, he took care of me and everything else was fine. I just think quality customer service is important. Everyone has bad days, so maybe that was it, I like to give people the benefit of the doubt.
