The tech initially installed regular oil, after I had specified Mobil 1 Synthetic. However, others discovered this, before I left, and corrected the problem, so I have no issue with that, everyone makes mistakes.

Problem wasn’t fixed or diagnosed. When brought up to the service department they eluded that they didn’t try to diagnose or service the issue, though they charged me. The service manager asked me if the bulb had been changed or if it was bad, which they should have checked during the diagnosis. I’m also trying to buy a trd rav-4, but am question that decision due to the service departments shadiness. They won’t fully work with me to solve the problem.

When planning for Appointment I had no choice for tire balance (I got them I Toyota in July) and I added an addtl. Text asking for that. Today the agent who attended to me said that there will be two choices for that service : 1st (he strongly recommended) that an advisor would see the case and let me
Know what’s wrong and 2nd : never said; however that option was not possible today and required another appointment. So If for any appointment for Toyota service requires 2 weeks waiting , I don’t want that. I will just go to leschwab and they do it for free (I am also their customer) guys this the 2nd time I am not satisfied with your service
