I am severely disappointed with the service today. When my wife dropped off the car today for my scheduled 3:00 PM appointment, an employee by the name Brianna Madrigal asked her if she wanted the 30 K service and also mentioned the cost. My wife said that she was going to call me and also never gave approval for the service. This was at 3:10. I then called at 3:15 and spoke to a male in the service department and specifically stated that I declined all the extra services. I only gave approval for the oil change and complimentary tire rotation. Why was the 30K service performed without my approval? I would greatly appreciate a resolution to this situation as I am currently seriously considering disputing this charge and also no longer being a Toyota customer.

I would like to suggest that if it is necessary to change things like the seat position, etc. that the vehicle be returned the way it is received. I got a new battery and changing that out changed things like the time on the clock and my radio settings. That meant that I had to spend some time reading my manual again in order to restore these settings. I mentioned this because I’m 86 and technically challenged ????

Honestly i can say i am very disappointed in your service. this may not mean much to you but i work very hard for my money. i take VERY good care of my belongings. i wash my camry every week so she can maintain her beautiful shine. when i picked up my camry monday the 12th, one whole side was covered by your irrigation sprinkler water. i was soo furious as we all know the water marks that are left behind ESPECIALLY on a black car !!! me and my husband spent HOURS trying too remove these water spots. how is that fair too my husband who has too get up at 3:45am too spend hours cleaning up YOUR MISTAKE !!!! i am beyond words …
