When your point of contact calls and tells a person their vehicle is ready, it should not take an additional 30 minutes to complete the paper work. I was disappointed that I had ti wait to get done and on my way.

Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they fit me in the Express service. My battery was checked by them and found out my juice level was super low. I may not be able to come back tomorrow, I may have to be towed. Therefore, Toyota got me in ASAP. I’m so grateful!

I made an appointment for 11:30. I was told it would be done at 12:45 or 1:00 at the latest. At 1:30 I went to the service desk and asked about my vehicle. I guess a check was made and determined I needed brakes all around and my paperwork must have been put aside. The service writer went out to ask the technician if the rotor’s could be resurfaced. The answer was no, I was given an estimate for repairs and asked if I wanted to get the work done now. I said no. I’d already spent way more time at the dealership than I should have and didn’t want to hang around for another few hours. Ultimately I spent about 2.5 hours to have my oil changed.

I had to wait a long time to get an appointment but the appointment was well worth the wait. I felt like I got a thorough inspection and that my vehicle is properly serviced to avoid problems that could have popped up without the service I got today.
