I just wanna say that I’m really impressed with the level of service here and it seems that no matter what car I bring in an older car or a newer car it’s treated with the highest level of care and that’s important to me because I value my vehicles and so when I see them being treated with respect that makes me feel valued as a customer.

I had just replaced a filter at my last oil change (5000 miles ago), and was told it needed to be replaced again. I was told one of my tires was a different size. I have had my tires since 2/22/22, and this was the first time I had been told this. On my way back to Zillah, my tire pressure light flashed and stayed on. I checked the settings and it didn’t show any numbers. If anyone reads this I would appreciate a phone call.

Excellent customer service. Juan ****thoroughly explained the maintenance service completed, the diagnosis of noise that was a concern, and what needed to be done. The part needed was ordered and an appointment made to fix the problem. I also will need tires in the near future and Juan prepared a comparative list recommended for my SUV including prices and explained the advantages of each. Excellent customer service and support.

The reason I was not satisfied, was the miscommunication of the work being done to my Toyota sienna. I arrived letting them know one of my lights was blinking and I came so that they could fix that. I assumed it was an oil change so I requested that . They changed my oil and they called back letting me know I needed a new air filter and brake fluid change. So I went in with a $100 bill statement and left paying over $300 for the services being done to my Toyota sienna. Once we left the parking lot, my light was still on blinking so everything they worked on didn’t fix the problem. When I returned, they said I needed to have asked for a diagnostic which would cost me another couple of hundred dollars, so they can let me know what was wrong with the van. I just assumed they would have told me when they were already looking at my van to see what was wrong with it. I wish a better form of communication would have been done to clarify my van status since it was in the shop for more than 3 hrs. This left me frustrated and disappointed in the Toyota promise.
