The Toyota dealership waiting room was open and comfortable, with drinks and snacks. The employees were very polite even though they seemed very busy. I didn’t wait more than 5 minutes for someone to receive my keys and get started on my truck.

Kevin in the service bay was great but the guys at the service counter didn’t write down that I had a scheduled appointment, so I guess that made a difference as to where I got placed in line. I walked in the door at 1:05 and I didn’t walk out till after 3:30. Kevin apologized for my long wait when I approached him at 2:30 and moved me up in line when I told him how long I was there and that I had a scheduled appointment for 1:00. He offered me a discount and I told him not to worry about it, it wasn’t his fault. I hope you appreciate a good employee like him, they are really hard to come bye in todays world.

I forgot to request that I receive the old spark plugs that were replaced. I’m pretty old, but that used to be a standard thing. That’s my only disappointment. Jay was wonderful to deal with and did a great job throughout the process of quote, scheduling and check in/check out.

It unfortunately hasn't been the best process. The initial meeting with Iscar was great. Then the financing part took a long time because they couldn't get the numbers to zero. Then they had to redo my paperwork sever times. Tried to make an appointment to get my car in and the gal at the service desk was awful. Took my car in and I called to see if it was ready cause it was getting close to closing time. Then someone called to tell me my car was done and if I could hurry and get there because they were closing. I wall out to my car and realize the wrong plates were on my car. Whoever worked on it left tools in my front seat. Then the next day I found more tools in my back seat. Needless to say I struck out on every level. Total bummer.

We were lead to believe we were getting the car back on Saturday but recieved no communication the whole day and no response to the messages we left. The service department was closed on Sunday of course. So we had to change our plans not having a car.
