Your staff that is choosing to mask should wear them over their nose and mouth rather than on her chin. The big guy in the corner keeps his mouth covered up but has his nose out and the younger female just wears her mask on her chin.. It is an insult to everyone who has gotten seriously Ill or died over the past two years to do that. The Assumption by your customers is that someone that is doing that has chosen to not get vaccinated but instead wear a mask and yet refuses to wear a mask. They are basically flipping off your management and rules and customers. I have Lost members of my church and seen business associates hospitalized over a month. It’s not a joke or a conspiracy.

My son's car broke down suddenly and we had it towed to Toyota of Tri-Cities. Even though their schedule was full for 2 weeks, Jomi managed to get it in to the mechanic to find the problem and fix it by late the next day. She also brought to our attention some other items that needed to be done, such as replacing spark plugs, to avoid future break-downs. Jomi showed us such excellent customer service and we are thankful for it.

Apparently your service techs lost my lug key in Feb. Nobody ever told me. Now I'm getting one ordered, which is great, but I'm going into back country Monday and need to get my lug lockers off and I wish that you could have offered me a fix rather than leaving me high and dry.

Matthew was very friendly and courteous. He was ready to answer any questions that I might have had. When the service was completed, he came out to inform me of that and escorted me to the service desk. I was very at ease with the Toyota staff.
