customer service department does not meet the expectations that they promise when one buys accessories for vehicles. For example, I bought a paint protection for my car that is placed in front of the entire car and the work they did for me is very, very poor and now they are acting like they don’t know anything.

We we supposed to get 3 oil changeswhwn we bought the Rav new, the service department said we could get the 3rd one for free yesterday. Three 60 dollar oil changes are not crippling to Toyota of the Tricities. We have always bought new from you but your service department has ended that streak. We will likely go elsewhere for our next new Rav.

When I first made the appointment, they told me a couple hours! 2 hours AFTER my appointment. They called and said they were taking the car in and it would be 4 to 6 hours!!!! I had to be home( Yakima) by 4 pm to pick my dog up!!! So I rescheduled, drove all the way there to be on time for my appointment, and they didn’t even start on the car for 2 hours AFTER my scheduled appointment! Why tell someone to be there at a certain time, then not work on it for 2 hours? Gas is expensive, and I had to make 2 trips! After they finished with my Rav, they didn’t even wash it, had finger prints all over it!!!
