The main purpose for the service call was to have a recall fixed. I did schedule an oil change because it was time and I was there. After over 1 and 1/2 hour, my oil was changed but they didn't have the part to repair the recall. One would think that is you made an appointment to have something repaired, they would have the part. Now I have to make the time to come back again. On a good note, the person seeing drinks and cookies was very pleasant.

The service was amazing as usual. We were kept apprised of the progress in a timely manner. Everything was explained to us about what needed to be performed and all the options available to us. I also like how we weren’t pressured into a certain service and given the opportunity to forestall things that weren’t emergent issues. I love getting my service done at Toyota of Tri-Cities and am glad that I use them.

I normally would not comment, but I sat and waited way too long to drop my car off for oil change. Was really surprised, and even the service dept gal came out to see if I had been helped. By that time, I had and they acted like I didn't have an appointment. Not the normal experience.
