My latest service experience at Toyota of Tri-cities did not fail to disappoint! The service staff upon arrival had no idea what I was being seen for and I had to request Dillon the Service Director be contacted in order to get the ball rolling. This has been a common theme. After waiting more than 1 hr and 50 minutes for an appoint I was was assured would take 1 hour to 90 minutes to complete, I was informed the service job was complete. The service job was fixing a clearance/rubbing issue on the right front wheel from a lift and wheel install completed at the dealership previously. I was informed by Jomi Gross the staff was at “lunch” and I was being asked to take my vehicle for a test drive to make sure the vehicle was fixed and “good to go”. This is highly unacceptable. I requested paperwork for the work completed and was informed by Jomi Gross that Dillon the Service Director was going to have everything mailed to me. Again, this is highly unacceptable and irregular! I have yet to receive any paperwork and my front alignment is off to this day! Toyota of Tri-cities is one of the worst dealerships in Washington State!
