I know it’s hard to give time frames, or exact time of when service will be done. I was told it was an hour to an hour am maybe 15 minutes, turned into a 2 hour visit, which typically I don’t mind because I will schedule my job around my service. I was there last week for the express since I was off of work, they told me it was a 3-4 hour wait time since I didn’t have an appointment. So I set up an appointment on a work day, figured it would be less time, which it was but it turned into a 2 hour work. Also I didn’t know I had to approve or decline work suggestions on the work order, which also delayed me getting my car, maybe communicating that to the customer will help. Don’t get me wrong, I love going to you guy’s for my vehicles service, have been for maybe 10 years, but I believe communication is key to prompt service and understanding. I will still continue to take my vehicles to you, now I know how to schedule and understand the system. Thank you.

We are very happy with Nelson’s support. However, we feel Toyota sold us vehicle with a tire havimg a manufacturing defect. We assume this was unknown at the time, but now that we have learned the tire is defective, we hope Toyota will make it right by us one way or the other. We have been a long and loyal customer. We would like to remain as such. Once again, Nelson has done an incredible job, Jim and Marilyn.

I was disappointed that an oil change, some inspections and a brake fluid change took nearly four hours. I think you do good and reasonable work but the time it took encourages me to look for other repair shops
