Stacey and the other team members (Shelby and Levi) were fantastic. Shelby was helpful at vehicle check in to note my requests for the visit and describe the scope and cost. Levi did a fantastic job of servicing the care and completing the vehicle service report. Stacey is always a great check out of the shop contact who reviews what was done, explains the billing and sends me on my way….until next time. The revamped service routine is working very well.

Nelson did the best he could his hands are some what tied. The rest of them were about as slow as a 50 year itch on a monkey. After yesterday and today with the oil change, I have been very displeased with your service. Even when they change the tire out for me and put the wiggly wiggly spare on there, I asked them to replace the other one in the spare tire hold which is what I thought they would do,in instead they threw it up in the back of the car on top of all of my belongings in there, granted they moved some bags around to protect them from the dirt but I still don’t think that was the right thing to do you want some more give me a call Rod ****-****-xxxx I told him I would be waiting instead to call and wake up my wife who was sick. I also informed him today that my son was broke down on the side of the road so I was in a hurry to kind of get to him, but I couldn’t get out on the highway with that wiggly tire so anyway sitting there for two hours to change the tire I thought took a little long, I thought the car was parked close by. I actually walk with a cane. I have a hard time sometimes and the car was on the far back lot and I had to walk my way out there to get it. So much for being in a hurry, huh?

I’ve brought my truck there for oil changes for over 5 years. Today the oil plug which Toyota put back in was too tight to remove. My estimate cost for the oil change was $79+. Then to remove and replace the oil pan was
Going to cost $805. REALLY TOYOTA ?!?!?!? I’m reaching out to management about this issue.

I feel as if your servicemen thought I was someone who is ignorant and wouldn't know the if they tried to solve my cars issue or not. The information I was given can be found by any dink on YouTube. The diagnosis I was given was not even tested to make sure it was correct. My car has a PO354 code which is cylinder #4 staying open. I was told the coil pack is bad. If the technician was doing his job, he could have swapped coil packs and seen the problem stayed with the #4 cylinder. That proves the coil pack is not the problem. Thank you for the lazy work and costing me $112 of my own hard earned money for information I already know! I will not intrust any care of my vehicles to your service again, and everyone I know will hear of your subpar service.
