Raul did not check me in or out
My truck was ready around 9:15am and around 9:40 I had ask about when I can expect my truck. The person found the paper work and said I had to pay -$90 and I had to remind him this was under a service contract
I am very disappointed in service this time at no time in previous service have I had to say anything about having a service contract. Also I ask about our Highlander since we have not had a call to setup a service. On 1-10 scale you reach 2.

Service was fine and I intend to do the maintenance recommended: I will change the rear differential and transfer case fluids as well as radiator fluid before my next service however I would like you to plan on replacing the serpentine belt at my next service. While I don’t know the price for that, I will wait to approve it. Keep ‘‘em flying.

Took an hour and 50 minutes to change oil and rotate tires. That is way too much time. Jaun was very apologetic but it shouldn’t take so long. You obviously schedule too many appointments at the same time.
