All was good! But I had to answer "no" in order to make a comment. Audi shop always vacuumed out my car and often ran it through a car wash after every service. I miss that!

I am not happy you don’t stand behind your product. When I buy a certified used car and was told by the salesman that certified means like buying a new car. But after 7 months it needs a rear brakes that seems a like you are just saying it is like new. I have bought two car’s from you in the last three years I wont buy anymore.

I came in because after having my tires rotated, I found all 5 lugs on a tire were loose. It took 1.5 hrs to pull my tire check the wheel for damage. Toyota has always been good to me, but not mounting a tire properly is a concern. Having me sit there for 1.5 hrs to pull and check it is a waste of my time. The second I tracked down the service manager to get an update, the truck was pulled around in seconds. I was simply forgotten. Not a good experience.
