First of all I was told the service on my RAV would be 2 hrs or a little longer. I sat in the customer service lounge for almost 4 hours and not once did anyone contact me to report on the progress of the service. I had to drive home to west Richland in the dark. I Told the service tech how disappointed I was and she assured me she would follow thru with those in the garage to find out what happened and why the long delay. I paid my bill and left(she did give me a 10%discount)

While i appreciate a thorough service, I was not expecting, nor told, that it would take over 2 hours. I also submitted my responses 2 times through the APP, and the service advisor did not receive a timely answer, which caused more of a delay.
