While I realize the consumer notice apparently didn't include the cost of the battery, I was surprised and disappointed that it wasn't, especially considering we purchased our Rav4 from Toyota around 18 months ago, and it came with the battery that Toyota determined was incorrect. We didn't have that battery installed. It was sold to us by Toyota with the vehicle.
Customer service was fine other than corporates approach in this situation.
