Jay was a great help. He kept me informed of potential problems in the future. All the problems were addressed as requested. The problem is when I payed for everything in the AM through Jomi(?) and requested a copy of all work emailed to me, she confirmed my email address and I have not received a copy yet. I live in Alaska and that is why I requested the copy. My daughter mentioned no issues when she picked it up. Pleasedwith everyone but Jomi.

I am always satisfied with the service that Jomi gives me; this time, the timing was a little long and my dog, "Mr. Wiggles" got "bored" and I was having a little trouble with him, but that wasn't your problem. I was told that the service would take about an hour, but it was two hours and that was too long to have my dog with me. Thank you, Vannie I

When we made the appointment to have the work promised by Toyota,I was told it would take around 6 hours. The appointment was for 9:30 on Friday. For some reason there was miscommunication as to what needed to be done and it took much longer for the service to be completed. It was important for me to be able to return to Othello before dark as I have impaired night vision. Had I known it would have taken so long I could have made other arrangements. I had discussed the need to not drive in the dark with several people in the service department. I don’t
