Raul and the mechanics did real well. The trim package looks very sharp with the black accents and with the wind here in this area I’m positive that these will protect against door dings . It’s our first Toyota and the quality construction is evident. I’m looking forward to seeing it in the driveway for many years to come.

I was told I didn’t need an oil change but for 28$ they would rotate tires and inspect. It see every time I have an inspection the come up with some expensive need this time it was needing a new battery and the cost would be close to 400. The battery in a highlander was a special battery.

I had the car detailed and it actually came back with major discoloration and streaking on the rear of the car that I can’t get rid of. Considering how much a full detail costs and I wasn’t made aware of the “damage” when the car was picked up, I am very disappointed

After my free oil change from vehicle purchase was completed, and vehicle was moved outside. I was then told of an oil leak. It was not inside to show me issue. I was told would be a separate appointment and $150 per hour or so an hour for diagnostics to see why. I told them my car was not leaking previously. Again told need diagnostic appointment. Took car to my usual mechanic and was told oil filter had 8 turns until it was tight. They really couldn’t double check their work! Again I didn’t have problem before they changed oil

Juan and the rest of the staff were fantastic! My only issue has always been that there is no complimentary car wash service. I paid a lot of my money for my Toyota and continue to spend my my money at Toyota of Tri-Cities and have never received a car wash. Even the local Kia dealer washes their customer’s cars after service.
