One point I did not like and wished it was still provided is the shelter service. Last year you guys picked my car and fixed and dropped it back right to my house. I am not from this area and I don't have family to help me here. So I would recommend if the shelter service is back again.

When I pulled into service there was a service guy helping because it was busy. He noticed I had crutches and he immediately came over and asked if he could help. I asked if he would unload my knee scooter which helped me immensely. Upon leaving the same story unfolded. I really appreciated what he did and I am sorry I didn’t get his name. Jim Harter

I was originally quoted three hours to complete the required tasks; I was pleasantly surprised that it took barely two hours. The waiting area staff were chatty & friendly.
Btw, the masks need to go away. People should have figured out by now we've been conned.

They tried to upsell me a service based on my vehicle operating under “special conditions.” My vehicle is from North Dakota and had a roof luggage carrier in my trunk that has never been installed onto the vehicle. I have never towed anything and my vehicle has never been overloaded. They also did not reset my vehicle servicing notification on my car, so I’m still getting that notification every time I turn on my car. I suspect that they didn’t reset it to try to get me to get that additional service that is surprisingly, not covered under my Toyota care package because my I allegedly operated my vehicle under “special conditions.” When I asked the individual who called me about that service about why my car needed the service when it was not operating under special conditions, he just reiterated that the service was needed because the vehicle was operating with accessories that warranted the additional service (that was 275 dollars). I will not be returning for my oil changes.

Jomi was amazing! I had to get my car towed to Toyota for a new tire and my tow truck driver was awful and didn’t get my car to Toyota until 30mins before closing. But Jomi made sure I was taken care of and could get back on the road that night. She showed she really cares about her customers!

I was told that Express service was a first come first serve but in arrival told that appointments are a part if the list. It took over 45 minutes to get paperwork done after the vehicle was completed. The cost of this oil change was higher than the other oil changes I have done in the past
