As a local, its why I choose to give my business to another mechanic in town. I understand that people were out sick which delayed things. But could have informed me of a real time instead of just stringing me along with more and more time. I’m the end the work got done which is what matters. But almost three hours for an oil change especially when I had an appointment. And other cars that were there after me were in and out of the express area before I even left.

I am still a bit worried about the “malfunction in the tire pressure warning system”. I have had the warning twice since purchasing and the technician has not been able to recreate the warning. The warning code has been reset. Hopefully the error will correct itself.

I called to schedule an oil change a week ago and asked for the price at time of scheduling. The rep told me $78 plus tax. When I dropped off my car today, I confirmed again at drop off and was told $78 plus tax again. When my oil change was completed, I was charged almost $10 more than quoted. I mentioned this to the check out person and they couldn’t even explain the cost breakdown on my bill. They told me the price went up after Jan 1st. I let them know that an hour earlier I was told the price of $78 plus tax and he could not tell me why they were saying the wrong price. Very disappointed in his response.
