We are very dissatisfied with the customer service we received on 01/08/22. We arrived to our appointment early. While in the lounge we were not updated nor made aware of additional services recommended/needed on our vehicle. We were initially told our appointment would be about 1hr and 30min. After waiting 1hr 45min I asked about our vehicle and was told by one rep “I’m not your service agent” then he walked away saying “but I’ll check for you”. After he went to ask another rep one of them stated it would be done in 15 minutes and he would go get us in the lounge asap. So, after witnessing that we were being ignored and it was well passed 15 minutes I asked again my response was “oh I got your keys here, I got back tracked” then he asked a young lady to check us out. The worker who took our payment then had to go to the service department to get some answers regarding our oil change. We were there for almost 3hrs and not once were we updated about our vehicle like other customers were. If I had been updated about the additional services recommended, my Vehicle would have been fully serviced for the same amount of waisted time there. We have been loyal customers of Toyota specifically at this location and we received poor service! Upon expressing my dissatisfaction nobody took responsibility nor offered a solution or tried to make things right. Instead the cashier said “I just got the end of your service here” This is extremely upsetting because not only weren’t we taken seriously but we were treated differently!

Zach explained everything clearly, service took as long as what was promised.
