Zach was awesome! Very kind and extremely helpful. However, wasn’t too thrilled with how my “truxedo” was treated. However, Zach quickly fixed that. Also, as I left, I went to try out the new wipers. They worked great but the wiper fluid was not refilled. So, I had to make a pit stop to buy some and fill it up myself. Is this still part of the oil service or no? Not too sure anymore.

It took 3 hours to have a tire replaced. We were told after 2 hours that they put the wrong tire on. How is this when a tire was ordered in just for my car due to the size and then another hour before it was done? I realized being short staffed but either let your customers know when you are confirming the appt that it will take lo ger than normal or schedule your appts further apart. Our appt was at 7:45 am and we didn't leave until 10:40!

Had a scheduled appointment for 9am. I arrived 15 minutes early and checked in. Had to wait over 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. He discounted the oil change price but still didn’t make up for the time. Told my wife I would rather pay more money if it saves me an hour or more of time.

I had an appointment, early 0720. I was told to pull into bay 3 or 4. Both were full. I was there 2 1/2 hours for my maintenance. It should not take that long when I had an appointment. Not happy with that.
This is my 3rd new Toyota and I have always had great service in the past.
The staff in the waiting area are awesome.
