I came in for the quick service and was left sitting for over 3-hours I went to the service counter to ask why a oil change was taking so long I was told that Zac had went to lunch ?!? Then after asking why someone else couldn’t help I found that the vehicle was done over a hour before I did not have a ride and had to wait and also was advised that there was a new system that everyone is learning… all and all that was a very long morning… The Cookie lady from Utah was super and kept the massage chair going

Raul is the rudest person there. I’ve been bringing my truck there for six years and dread when he helps me. He’s so rude, condescending and awkward. This time was no exception. The people in the garage area (super nice) greeted me and said Raul would help me further inside, he’s open now and check me in. I go to Raul who then very loudly tells me to wait my turn and he’s helping the next person in line. He calls the next person in line but it’s people who came in after me. He called me out for cutting but Instead caused me to wait longer. I’m done with this place and will be buying my new Toyota out of town because of the people here. Customer service goes a long way and I’ll take nice people over free cookies.

This was my first service appr worh Toyota tri cities and so far incredibly unimpressed. My roof rack was improperly installed by Toyota Tri Cities on my 2022 4 runner which led to it leaking for 2 months. I brought it in for repair, it turned into a week long process. When I drove the hour and half back to pick up my rig my passenger seatbelt wasn’t put back correctly after removing the headliner I then had to wait for several people to come out, look at it and fix that. I also had my headlights adjusted because they were not adjusted after the lift and level they installed. Now I have a **** void when I put on my headlights and a bounce to them. It takes me 3 hours round trip for one service and now I have to have someone local readjust my headlights so I can see when I drive. Not sure I will consider keeping my service work through The tri Cities branch.
