Service from David was great his attitude was friendly and professional. My dissatisfaction comes from the service because this is the second time I take my van in and when I receive my van back it has scratches from boots on the feet side when you come in as well as greasy or dirt on my new seat covers.

I would like to see the pictures of the inside of my tire and understand what you was talking about Jay also aid it was sent to me but all I see is water on my tire and not the patches that is there. Also it is very hard to hear what the mechanic is saying with all the banging in the background if you’re wanting the customer to know what is said by the mechanic for the report, it shouldn’t have a lot of banging in the background so we can hear him or he needs to speak up louder Thank you

It gets very frustrating being shuffled between the main desk and express desk. You never know where to go for one appointment to the next as it is always different. Then you waste time standing in one line to be told to get in another line. Be nice to have one common area to check in and out of. It has gotten to the point i am thinking of not going back to Toyota service department because it has become so frustrating.
