I’m really disappointed with my 12/14/21 appointment
For maintenance. I believe it was December 9th
I explained the specialist that my car was making a noice when I’ll back up, he said they’ll check that out. He comes back and said the brake pads need to be replaced and also the battery. I give the okay to get that fix. That appointment went well, but yesterday 12/14/15 made a new appointment because my car still making the same noise, and I don’t see a difference with the brake pads being replaced. So I went to my appointment requesting time off from work, just for them to tell me they only drove my car and since they didn’t hear any noise. My car wasn’t even checked or do any type of inspection. His solution was for me to record the noise and go back to them, like if I have all the free time to be back and forward. So totally disappointed because I paid for a service and now idk what to do to get it fix. I honestly think it’s poor service because we’re talking about brakes a service that was already paid for. For them just to drive my car, and since my car didn’t make the noise my car it’s fine. Like really who own the car who drives the car??? I just wasted and 1.30 min for them to tell me that
