Shawnee was very friendly and answered questions I had when explaining what had been done to my car. I signed the invoice and was told to exit the service door facing McDonalds to locate my car. Upon entering my car I was surprised that the plastic was still on the seat, paper mat on the floor and service number hanging on the mirror. I was even more stymied by seeing the glove compartment on the passenger seat floor. When I returned to the service bay and asked for an explanation I was told that Shawnee was not made aware that a new inside air filter was needed. Needless to say I purchased a new filter waited for it be be installed and then was ready to leave. I realize that accidents happen but I feel proper steps were not followed to make sure my vehicle maintenance was complete before my car was returned to me. I have never experienced this kind of service before at your dealership and hope it will not happen again.

I’m really disappointed with my 12/14/21 appointment For maintenance. I believe it was December 9th I explained the specialist that my car was making a noice when I’ll back up, he said they’ll check that out. He comes back and said the brake pads need to be replaced and also the battery. I give the okay to get that fix. That appointment went well, but yesterday 12/14/15 made a new appointment because my car still making the same noise, and I don’t see a difference with the brake pads being replaced. So I went to my appointment requesting time off from work, just for them to tell me they only drove my car and since they didn’t hear any noise. My car wasn’t even checked or do any type of inspection. His solution was for me to record the noise and go back to them, like if I have all the free time to be back and forward. So totally disappointed because I paid for a service and now idk what to do to get it fix. I honestly think it’s poor service because we’re talking about brakes a service that was already paid for. For them just to drive my car, and since my car didn’t make the noise my car it’s fine. Like really who own the car who drives the car??? I just wasted and 1.30 min for them to tell me that
