Nelson was great about explaining my car issues to me. What I did not like was that all our initial correspondence was addressed by a text asking me to call him regarding my car issues. It use to be that your people came out and called our name and talked to us in person. Because I did not answer text and call him back he did come out. As a woman not knowing a lot about vehicle issues the initial contact regarding my vehicle status should have been in person. Also- your staff use to go through the checks one on one at checkout. This was not done. Overall Nelson was great. Just a few recommendations for your staff

As I mentioned in my previous text and on our call to the dealership, our door frame now has a deep scratch in it that has removed the paint and finish. I’m assuming that this happened when our cabin air filter was being checked. We will most likely take the Rav into our body shop and find out how much it will cost to have it repaired. Unfortunately, we don’t have the confidence in your staff to repair it well. We do expect to be compensated for this repair. Feel free to contact me for further information.

I was asked if I was interested in paying for 4 new tires. I said no because I could not afford it at this time. The person I spoke to thought that me saying I can't afford 4 tires means that I can afford 2 which was not the case. I had to pay almost 300 dollars more than I needed to because the employee I spoke to has a listening problem. I'm considering not going back to get my car serviced anymore

The service advisor was great. The service technicians were not so great. I watched through the service window and saw the technicians drop my 4 Runner off the front jack and the vehicle bounced very significantly. Very, very unprofessional. The other technician sat in my vehicle on her phone. Not impressed at all.

The service reception desk wait was long. The new layout is awful. With having desks to the left and right its confusing on where to stand due to a display in the middle of the area. You have to stand either right or left. We were standing closer to the left desk and got passed by twice when a worker was open on the right side. We were next, but people who came after in after us got helped first. I'm sure like everyone else you are short handed. But maybe having the service desk employees say "can I help who's next" instead of just helping who is standing closest to them.

I was quoted a discount on alignment with purchase of tires and while the discount is noted on the first page as a comment, the full price shows on the second page and the total charged when my husband picked it up for me. I called and spoke with someone to leave a message but haven’t heard back yet. David was very nice to deal with so I’m hoping this was just an oversight that can be corrected and a refund applied to honor the discount quoted.

To be clear the customer service and effort to take care of my truck was exemplary. The only issue I have is when I checked my truck in i expressly said to leave my tires and tire pressures alone as they are custom. The mechanics still adjusted my tire pressures and on the way home I got a low tire pressure notification in my dashboard. Now I have to readjust my tire pressures back to the custom tire pressure settings.
