Nelson is a very personable technician. He seems to go above and beyond what is expected. I would recommend him and his expertise to anyone. I definitely take my vehicle back to him for any services.

Opened the doors up and suggested a 1400 dollar solution. Didn’t try to clean the housing inside just put it back together with no solution but waiting for a month for one of the parts to come in. Wait a month as it’s starting to get cold with the whole window stuck down! My husband took it apart cleaned it and got the window up. He knows nothing about cars but was more helpful in a half hours time than all your trained people? We have bought two 50 to 70 thousand dollar vehicle from you in the last ten years and I think we could’ve been treated a little better then trying to make a quick buck just to loose a valued customer. Bummer!

Clearly pressure sales in the service department. We’ve been coming to you for years. You’ve always been straight forward honest and with good customer service. The last two visits are clear that selling services is more important than customer service. This visit the folks kept trying to sell spark plug replacement despite being told we already had it done. They also were trying to sell an oil/trans pan replacement because of pending gasket failure that included a flush while also selling the transmission flush in addition. When asked how urgent, the mechanic used ambiguous fear tactics. Not happy with how the service treated us. I hope this dealership gets back to its roots.

Customer service is important. Techs were not busy. they could greet or at least acknowledge with eye contact. They may have been busy with paperwork on the computer but I think acknowledging a person who is actually there in front of you is a little more important. When I’m the only person pulling in. But no biggie just a reminder for staff to just be courteous bc it matters.
