Kevin Ramos was very helpful and polite. My issue is when I called to schedule my appointment. I asked if it was possible to leave my 2023 Camry the day before my scheduled appointment which was 09/22/24 and was told yes. After a family BBQ, my husband and I drove from Pasco to Kennewick at 8:00 pm to drop off my vehicle. However, we were unable to leave our vehicle because all entrances were blocked. We wasted our time driving from Pasco to Kennewick. Why was I told yes and obviously unable to do so.

Efficient and pleasant service of my car.

I brought in my freshly washed and detailed 2023 Supra for its one year check up. I did this simply to maintain the warranty in case of a catastrophic failure. I’m very particular about this car and told the service rep so. I hand wash and maintain my own car and declined the oil change that was offered. I was told the service would take about two hours and they would inspect my car, top off fluids, check the brakes, reset the service reminder and rotate the tires. 30 minutes later I was told my car was ready. There’s no way the coolant level was checked in that time as it would have been too hot. I was told they didn’t rotate the tires because the rears are bigger than the fronts (a very common set up on sports cars). I didn’t bother asking why they didn’t swap left and right sides because I was already frustrated at that point. There was no change for whatever service was actually done and I went outside to pick up my car. The invoice said my wipers and washers were checked and when I got outside I found dried washer fluid all over the hood, windshield, A pillars, roof, deck lid and quarter panels. This was a freshly washed and detailed car when I brought it in. I can’t believe any technician with any sort of customer focused mindset didn’t stop and think, ‘maybe we shouldn’t douse this car with washer fluid. Maybe since the customer changes his own oil and works on his own car, he can check his washer fluid or we could ask if he would like us to.’ By this time, I was very upset and decided it would be better to simply leave. When I started my car, I also noticed the service reminder had not been reset. All in all I’m very unsatisfied with the work and the lack of care shown for my car.

We had an appointment at 9 am and were told 1.5 hours. At 11:30 I went to ask how much longer and was told they had just finished. One thing I did request when we arrived was to make sure the service engine light was off, we got down the road and had to return for that. 3 hours is a bit much for a maintenance job.
