Everything was great and everyone I worked with was wonderful. My one and only complaint is that my car was left with the parking brake on. I have never used the manual parking brake on that car so it took me 10-20 minutes to figure out what was going on and how to fix it. During that time I was a mild hazard to myself and others in the parking lot. Please do not overestimate customer competency in the future. Many thanks!

This was my first time bringing my vehicle in. It would have helped me to know that I was to simply pull in to the big garage area and I'd be met there. It would have also helped if I was told that I'd get a message that would let me know my car was ready. Otherwise, everyone was very attentive.

My complaint was all my driver screen settings were replaced. I wish they did not change my settings. Now I have to go figure put again how to get the dashboard screen back to how I had it before they reset everything. It's just an annoyance nothing to do with the quality of the 5K check and oil change we requested.

I had issues with my 2009 Toyota Tundra that were a continual problem beginning in the last year. We’ve gone to multiple places seeking the cause to said problems, and NONE were able to figure out what was wrong or any thing that would fix it. For an unrelated matter, I came into the Toyota dealership (first time) and upon buying a particular part I needed, had a brief conversation with Juan in the service department about my truck situation and perhaps bringing it in for them to look at sometime. I took his business card and a month later found a good day and time to make the appointment. Long story short, I came in to the Toyota dealership this week looking for answers, and after a few hours Juan and the mechanics/service team came to me with not only the most clear diagnosis on my truck, but the real solution(s) for it so that this would not happen again. He wrote everything up in this easy to understand paperwork, and I am making plans now to follow up soon on a day to be set for this service. Thank you so much for the honesty and integrity (which is very rare these days) and true customer service Juan. Look forward to coming back in, and to finally get my vehicle driving like old times again :) I appreciate your time.

I don’t appreciate being lied to. Your tech said I needed a new air filter. I changed mine on 9/1. I even wrote the mileage and date on the filter. With that being the case, I can’t trust that any of his other “recommendations” are correct. Ray M
