I tried calling after my vehicle had been there for 4 or so hours trying to get an update on timing. I left my number with someone for a call back but never received it. I called back a few hours later only to find out that my car was ready. Communication was lacking and when I picked up my car there was not any explanation for things that were found or things to keep an eye on, which seemed odd based on the high-level online report. Initial check in and vehicle drop off was very good though - much better than I have experienced in the past.

The service advisor I had was absolutely amazing his name was Raul. I wish everyone was like him in the dealership. He was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. The repair time was adequate and I could not complain about the wonderful mechanic that repaired my car.
However, the person next to him upset me both days that I was in the Toyota repair center and if I ever have him as my service advisor I will immediately leave and have my car repaired somewhere else.

When I was handed my keys and shown the exit people door to the parking lot, my red car was not to be seen. After I wandered around a bit, I returned inside and Will assisted me in finding my car back in the 3rd row. It would have been nice to have had my car pointed out to me and I do use a cane.

No contact needed. I was mostly disappointed with the amount of time taken to complete the repair. Juan was great as a person and service representative. This was supposed to be a simpler two hour task that ended up holding me waiting for 8 hours on site. My choice but still the estimate was for two hours and with each target time missed with a wait on my part of an extra hour I was told it would only be another 45 minutes. The gold in this is the owner loaned me a vehicle to go to lunch which I believe he did not need to do and I am very grateful. Over all it was the wait and not anyone’s performance that had me upset. Thank you for all you do, keep it up.
