The 120,000 mile service seemed awfully expensive for a couple of hours work especially since my oil change was already paid for with my maintenance plan and no filters were replaced. You did ask for my feedback.

Great service only criticism I would have is the wait time in picking up the car. Stood inside the check out office to be told to go out to the drive in desk.

I have always had synthetic oil put in my car when I have my oil changed, but regular oil was put in it this time. I told the service manager and they changed the oil. I feel this should not have happened. My records were not looked prior to my service and the mistake happened. I have never had this happen before of all the times I’ve my oil changed. I was completely satisfied that now my car is up and running but it took three calls ( every 3 hours starting at 9am) to the customer service rep to find out when and if my car was going to be ready for pickup and as may sound Petty but it's nice to have a new sticker in the window so I know when the next time they oil has to be changed.

It was not professional and blatantly disrespectful/demeaning to start speaking Spanish,to my spouse after talking in English to me. He did not like that I questioned the service results and it was done purposeful to leave me out of conversation. My husband is fluent in multiple languages and had been speaking in English when we dropped my car off and picked up. Also we got hung up on 3 times when we called to Inquire about results prior to driving over to pick up, put on hold then disconnected.

The oil maintenance warning light was not reset. I had to get on google to see how to reset . All good. Read instructions and reset it myself. I think that is something the tech would make sure was done.

The customer service was horrible. I took my truck Toyota tundra 2002 in for oil change on 08/22/2024. After 5 pm, I received the phone from one of the advisers that my truck was ready for pick up. I came in the service area. There were 3 advisers at the counter. There are no other customers there except me. I stood there for 5 minutes and no advisers even bothered to look at me. Finally one of the adviser told me that my car key was outside and I have to check out in the shop. They didn’t even bother to go over what they did and the recommendation that need to be done. I didn’t even know the who Bill ( adviser) is. I went outside in the shop and started complaining to the lady who checking me out. Instead of apologizing, she tried to cover up for these advisers that they were busy. Then I asked that how does she know they are busy while she is out in the shop. Finally I just paid and left the dealer with hard feeling. I do not know why I have been treated like that. I am returning customer and had my truck serving at the dealer multiple times. Please train the staffs for better customer service. I just do not want other customers receiving this horrible customer service like I had experienced on 08/22/2024. Thanks
