I pulled in to the garage and there was only one or 2 cars in there…waited and waited…cars were pulling in after me…about 5 over all and they were getting immediate service and checked in. I waited about 20 minutes and finally got out and asked if there was a reason I wasn’t being helped. Someone finally came over and started checking me in and said that they are very understaffed…but that didn’t explain why all the cars that pulled in after me were getting helped right away.
