I’m not sure if this is the person that checked me in at 7am if so I am not at all happy with him. First of all if you have an express lane that opened at 7 am you shouldn’t require appointments. If you do take down the express lane signs. Secondly. If you’re going to have employees meet in the morning make sure it’s done before you open. Not when your customers are waiting inside. Fire the responsible manger. This is the second car I purchased from your dealership. The service experience has gone so far down hill there won't be a third.

I dropped my car off Sunday night for a scheduled 8am appt for my 10,000 mile check. I literally tried to call 5 times starting at noon to check on the progress. Kept getting put on hold. Transferred. Disconnected. When I finally got thru at 4. The technician asked what was the vehicle in for? They had not even done anything to the car despite having a booked appointment. When I arrived at 430 it still was not done. Finally was done about 515. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. I know we are leasing the car. I have to say after working with Toyota for many years, this might be our last lease/car with Toyota of Tri Cities

I got an oil change and my tires rotated and they left a tire below pressure. My tire pressure sensor was on when I got in my truck. A little disappointed.

I found out the hard way to ask first. I assumed a spark plug replacement (and air filter replacement) was something I could afford on my current paraeducator salary ($19) but my level of expertise would require me to work for almost a week tax free) to afford the $700 labor that was rated at 3.8 hours (and I watched a guy on YouTube do (he was a pro) for the first time in an hour and actually took your workers near the same amount--no more than an hour and a quarter from the time I okayed it to the time I was called to pick up--I was in the lobby waiting. So, I will be seeking service elsewhere from now on as yours is apparently for the elite of the area. $700 an hour? Of course I suppose I could youtube it myself and have a nice weekend getaway with the money saved too.
