When I arrived I sat in my car for 9 minutes without anyone greeting or even making eye contact. I went inside and no one greeted me there either. Someone came in to get me and asked me to go back to my car for check in. The maintenance seemed fine but even a smile and wave of acknowledgment would’ve been nice.

When I first arrived there were four employees in the service writer’s area, one was helping a customer one was doing paperwork and two were having a conversation, after about 3 minutes the guy doing paperwork looked up and said “we will be with you soon”. WRONG! Put your paperwork aside and help the customer standing right in front of you. Eventually, I did get helped, about an hour later I received a call, think “my truck is ready” - nope it was to notify me that me and my truck had been sitting there for an hour and nothing has happened. If the mechanic would have admitted readily that he was an hour behind, giving me the option of waiting, coming back, or going somewhere else. But no! So needless to say once my remaining four prepaid service appointments have been used I will never be back.

Gerald is one of your best service advisors that you have in the whole department. He always offers great customer service, friendly, knowledgeable and explains services in a manner that I can understand. I have 4 vehicles that I have serviced with you regularly- and I have decided to use your express service since Gerald is available to visit with about my service. Like I have told you before - a good service advisor experience can help you sell vehicles or a bad service advisor experience will move a customer to your competitor. Good customer service goes along ways - in my opinion Gerald should give a customer service class to all your service advisors - a couple of them might be costing you vehicle sales? Just my 2 cents/observation - thank you Greg

Stacy was awesome as I had an appointment for service at 8:30. Upon arriving they did not show any appointment for me even though I had scheduled it at my last service appointment. They were extremely busy saying it could take up to 4 hours for my service. He got me in and out in less than 1.5 hours. We scheduled my next appointment and he made sure I had confirmation before leaving. He should be a very valued employee.
